General Practitioners at the Deep End serve Denmark’s most deprived populations, working in areas with a high proportion of vulnerable patients. To support their work, there was a need for a platform that could facilitate knowledge sharing, coordinate efforts, and foster collaboration between practitioners and institutions.
-
We collaborated with Aalborg University, International Deep End, and General Practitioners Denmark to create a user-friendly, light, and tactile digital platform. Through workshops, we aligned stakeholders, defined project scope, and developed a common language for the platform's design. We conducted research to ensure the platform met GPs' specific needs, integrating it into their daily workflows and existing data systems, ensuring ease of use.

The platform’s inviting design encouraged frequent use by GPs, offering an intuitive experience that aligned with their daily needs. Built around key findings from our research, it provided easy access to the information GPs most often require, putting critical resources at their fingertips. This user-friendly approach not only simplified coordination and knowledge sharing but also ensured that GPs were eager to engage with the platform regularly.

Together with universities and the broader international network, we supported the integration of key research and reports into the platform, making it easily accessible for Danish GPs. This collaboration ensured that essential resources were always at their fingertips. Through this effort, we facilitated a stronger connection between research and practical application in healthcare.

We transform dense research papers into visually engaging one-pagers. By distilling complex insights into clear, attractive layouts, we make learning accessible—even on the busiest days.

Using the ADKAR model, we identified key behavioral factors to incorporate into the design, ensuring the platform would be adopted by GPs and add value to their work.
Danish GPs. By interviewing doctors, we primarily assessed their Desire, Knowledge, and Ability to use the platform. This enabled us to design an experience that aligned with their behaviors, ensuring the platform met their needs and encouraged consistent use.
